Welcome to the game, the Penguin Restaurant Challenge! In each stage of the game, you'll find a penguin waiting patiently for you to drop a round, colorful candy disc. To do this, you'll have to cut the rope from which the candy is hanging. Carefully consider from which side to cut it and make sure to utilize the various items available on the playing field to achieve your goal. The candy isn't always situated directly above the penguin, so you'll need to figure out how to move it accordingly.
